The project
Sipflow is where bar operators and beverage suppliers meet, agree commercial terms and run their beverage operations.
The problem
Bar operators negotiate supplier agreements, chase volume targets and rebates, and manage margins, usually across spreadsheets and email. Rebates get missed. Cash arrives late. A procurement manager solves this, and most operators cannot afford one.

The result
