How we do it
We start with the tasks your teams do most, and build the starter projects and the training around them. After 30 days we report who uses the tool, for what, and where the next gains are.

How much does it cost to roll out Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
An AI tool rollout at Giants and Robots costs 6,900 euro for up to 25 people, plus 1,750 euro for each further 25 people or part of 25, excl. VAT. For 50 people that is 8,650 euro, for 100 people 12,150 euro. The licences for the AI tool are for your account.

What do the licences cost?

Does the training count for the EU AI Act?
The training and the usage policy are measures you can show for the AI literacy duty in article 4 of the EU AI Act. The Act does not require a certificate.
Can we add more connections later?
Yes. Connections beyond the first 3 are quoted as extra work.
