How we do it
We sit with the people who do the work and look at the files and systems they use. For each workflow we count the hours it takes now, and estimate what an AI build would cost to make and to run.

How much does an AI scan cost?
An AI scan at Giants and Robots costs 2,650 euro, excl. VAT, for 3 to 5 days of work. If you sign for a build within 90 days of the report, the fee comes off the project cost.

What do we need to prepare?
About an hour with each person we interview, and access to the files and systems they work with.
Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. The report is yours. You can build with us, with another studio or in house.
What if AI does not pay for us?
Then the report says no-go, with the numbers behind it.
Is our data safe?
Before the scan starts we sign a data processing agreement, as the GDPR requires when we handle personal data for you. It names any AI providers we use.
