Most software relationships are designed so you never leave. You do not have the code, you do not know how it works, and every change means a consultant and an invoice.
What the training covers
We teach your team to manage, maintain and extend the software we built. Once the lease ends and the code is yours, you do not depend on us or on outside consultants to make changes.
- How the system is built, and where everything lives - Day-to-day admin: users, settings and data - Making changes safely, and testing them - Working with the documentation and the code

After handover, you choose
Take a fixed support plan and we look after the system, or take the training and your team looks after it. Both are priced upfront. We will tell you which one makes more sense for your situation.
Most studios would not offer the second option. We think a client who could leave and chooses to stay is worth more than one who cannot.

What it costs
How much does team training cost?
Team training at Giants and Robots costs 1,200 euro (half day), 2,200 euro (one day) or 4,000 euro (up to 2 days), per group of up to 6 people, excl. VAT. Each extra participant adds 150 euro (half day), 275 euro (one day) or 500 euro (up to 2 days), up to 25 people.
