Get your AI Act basics in order
A fixed-price pack for companies that use AI: a list of the AI you use and your role for each, a usage policy, an AI literacy record and a transparency check. In plain language.
From 4,000 euro, excl. VAT. What it costsThe problem
The EU AI Act is law, and parts of it apply now. Your company probably uses AI in more tools than anyone has listed, and nobody has checked what the Act asks of you.
If you use AI tools but do not build them, the Act mostly asks you to support your staff's AI literacy, to stay clear of the banned uses, and to tell people when they deal with AI in the cases it names. A list of the AI you use is where that starts.
What is in the pack
- A list of the AI tools and systems you use - Your role for each one under the Act, such as deployer or provider - A first screen of each use against the Act's risk levels - An AI usage policy for your staff - An AI literacy record: who uses AI, and what training they had - A transparency check against article 50 - The points to take to a lawyer, if there are any
How we do it
A short questionnaire, interviews with the people who use AI, and a look at the tools themselves.
This is not legal advice. Where the pack finds something that needs a lawyer, we say so and tell you what to ask.

Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. The pack puts the basics in order and shows where you need a lawyer. We are not a law firm.
We only use ChatGPT. Does the Act apply to us?
Yes. If your staff use AI at work, article 4 asks you to take measures to support their AI literacy. The pack gives you the usage policy and the literacy record. Training is a separate service.
Do we need a certificate?
No. The Act does not require a certificate for AI literacy. The record in the pack shows the measures you took.
Which parts of the Act apply now?
The bans on some uses of AI, such as emotion recognition at work, have applied since 2 February 2025. The AI literacy duty in article 4 applies now. The transparency rules in article 50 have applied since 2 August 2026, for example when people talk to a chatbot or see a deepfake. The rules for high-risk AI, such as AI that screens job applicants, apply from December 2027 or August 2028, depending on the type.
What if the pack finds a high-risk use?
It flags it and says what to prepare. High-risk AI needs a lawyer, and we tell you what to ask.
