How we do it
We start with one workflow. We map how it runs today and count the hours and what a mistake costs. Then we build the agent and test it on your own cases before it goes live.
Medium and Large projects can start with a 30-day pilot. If you sign for the full build within 90 days of the end of the pilot, the pilot fee comes off the project cost.
We run the studio the same way: every pod works with agents.

What it costs
How much do AI agents cost?
AI agents at Giants and Robots cost 5,000 euro (Small), 15,000 euro (Medium) or 35,000 euro (Large), excl. VAT. Pay on delivery, or lease to own over 12, 24 or 36 months. On a 24-month lease, Small is a first payment of 1,000 euro, then from 258 euro a month: 183 euro development plus maintenance from 75 euro, which every lease includes. If you pay on delivery, maintenance is optional. AI costs and other external services are for your account, at cost, and estimated in your quote. For Medium and Large projects you can start with a 30-day pilot for 7,150 euro, plus AI costs. Larger projects are quoted.
From 258 euro a month
After a first payment of 1,000 euro at signing
- Development: 183 euro a month for 24 months, fixed
- Maintenance: 75 euro a month, part of every lease
- AI costs and other external services: for your account, at cost, estimated in your quote
- You own it after 24 months

AI costs are the usage fees of the model provider, such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. They depend on how much work the agent does. We estimate them in your quote and pass them on at cost.

Questions
Which AI models do you use?
The one that does the job best for the price. When a provider retires a model, we move your agent to another one as part of maintenance.
What happens when the agent makes a mistake?
Every agent logs what it does, and one of your people approves the steps where a mistake would be costly. You decide where those approvals sit.
Who owns the agent?
You do, once it is paid for: its configuration, prompts, workflows and integrations.
Can an agent work with our software?
Usually, if the software has an API or can export its data. We check this in the first call.
