- Writing instructions that get usable answers - Your team's own tasks, such as emails, reports, analysis and planning - What not to put into an AI tool, and why - Checking AI output before it goes out - Shared instructions and projects the team keeps using afterwards - A record of who attended and what was covered, for your AI literacy measures under the EU AI Act
How we do it
Before the training we talk to the team lead and collect the tasks the team does most. The exercises use those tasks, with sample data where your own data is sensitive.
The training comes in three lengths:
- Half day: the basics and one or two of your team's tasks - One day: the basics and your team's main tasks, hands on - Up to 2 days: for teams that will build shared instructions and workflows together

What it costs
How much does AI training cost?
AI training at Giants and Robots costs 1,200 euro (half day), 2,200 euro (one day) or 4,000 euro (up to 2 days), per group of up to 6 people, excl. VAT. Each extra participant adds 150 euro (half day), 275 euro (one day) or 500 euro (up to 2 days), up to 25 people. Each session includes a record you can use for your AI literacy measures under the EU AI Act.

Questions
Do people need an AI tool for the training?
Yes, for the hands-on parts. If your company has none yet, an AI tool rollout sets one up and includes training.
Is this enough for the EU AI Act?
Article 4 asks companies that use AI to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff. Training is one of those measures. Each session comes with a record of who attended and what was covered. The Act does not require a certificate.
