Know where your money is
Financial management, supply chain and operations in one system you own. Live cash flow, forecasting, excise and tax, connected to your accounting software.
From 35,000 euro, excl. VAT. What it costsThe problem
Your numbers live in spreadsheets. The sales forecast is in one file, supply planning in another, and the cash flow position is somebody's best guess at the end of the month.
By the time the accountant closes the books, the information is six weeks old. You find out about a liquidity problem when it is already a problem.
Enterprise ERP systems solve this. They also cost more than the problem, take a year to implement, and are built for companies ten times your size.
What we build
A financial and operational system built around how your business actually runs.
- Profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet, driven by live inputs rather than manual entry
- Sales forecasting and budgeting per SKU, across markets and customers, each with their own lead times and payment terms
- A sales and operations planning dashboard showing supply against demand
- Production and demand forecasts feeding ordering and cash flow
- Marketing spend and operating expenses
- A twelve week short term cash flow forecast showing runway
- Long term cash flow with multi year forecasting
- Excise movement management
- Statiegeld and user tax management, with declarations to tax authorities
- Version control across scenarios, and multiple users with their own access
- Integration with your accounting and booking software
How we do it
We start with your accounting department. Their transactions are the source of truth for revenue and results, so we map how they work before writing any code.
On stability: this system files excise and tax declarations to government authorities. A senior engineer reviews every part of it before it ships. We do not cut the review layer.

Questions
Why does ERP start at Large?
An ERP system connects finance, stock, orders and tax. Even for a small company all of that has to work together, so we do not build it at a smaller size.
Does it file our tax and excise declarations?
Orbit ERP does, for the Spirited Union Group. What your system files depends on your business, and the quote sets it out.
What do we pay when the lease ends?
Nothing for the system, because you own it. Maintenance continues only if you want it.
