Pombay
A brand taken from an idea to a bottle on the shelf.
The project
Pombay is a collaboration between an Amsterdam distiller and a coffee roastery, producing a vodka and a coffee liqueur. The name comes from Swahili.
What we did
- Wrote the brief with international design teams
- Used AI to develop the artwork and the bottle design in full
- Worked with the distillery research and development team to create a liquid to match the concept
- Sourced all materials
- Managed production with the producer
- Took the product to market
- Built the marketing toolkit, the website and the promotional materials to scale it internationally
